I had a nightmare last night, and it was the first time in about 2 years that I haven’t been able to lucid dream and just fly away from it. I woke up feeling panicked and breathing hard. I did not miss this feeling, that’s for sure.
I know this sounds stupid but whenever I have bad dreams I close my eyes and turn the negative dream into something more less frightening. I imagine where they go so I don’t get too distressed.
That is like what I usually do. I dont know why it didnt work this time.
i get nightmares about the past and it’s usually something that happened in the past but then something changes it and it is even worse…
