I have not smoked tobacco in the past three weeks, but I have sometimes taken some nicotine gum. Now I try to be totally nicotine free, but withdrawals are quite bad, I think I am going to be able to do this, kick nicotine out of my life.

You can do it mjseu, I’ve cut back from 60 a day to 12 a day. Inspired by @SoitGoes and his quitting.

Yep if not before then! Smokes cost way too much these days. I dont know what the prices are overseas but here in australia they cost me just over 40 dollars a packet!!!

How many cigs are in one packet? Here where I am 20 cigs costs five or more euros, Quite expensive.

Here in Scotland they are almost £10/pack of 20. I smoke loose tobacco, costs about £19 for a week now that I’ve cut down.

Yaah 40. The government taxes them heaps to get people to quit. Gone up 12 dollars in the last year. Suckers like me keep paying but not for much longer @minnii!!!

What does loose tobacco mean? those do it yourself kind of ones? that’s what I smoke.
I smoke a brand that doesn’t have chemicals, it’s a good one actually.
Yes, Minii the tobacco that comes in a pouch and you roll it yourself. I use filters with it too, most people here smoke it without filters, lungbusters I call them.

You there in Australia have quite high cig prices (1 cig = 0.63 euros) here were I am it is 0.25 euros per one cig, In Scotland it is even more expensive. No wonder people travel to some Eastern European countries to buy cigs, because it is so much less expensive there.

When I lived in my auto in America I often used to buy some small cigars in Miami Beach, these were just 0.25 US dollars a cigar, here where I am one small cigar costs 0.47 Euros, so price differences are quite high.
I might start smoking pipe tobacco again. I quite enjoyed it during my first venture. There are tons of flavors, I had some maple bacon tobacco once
