NHS have supposedly “lost” all my maternity records

I have been so angry the last week. And I can’t get it off my mind.

As you know I’m perusing the NHS maternity for gross negligence.

My solicitor is working hard to obtain all medical records. However 9 months of my maternity records are lost.

I think this is a lie and an attempt to cover up.

I asked what would happen if they don’t hand them over and she said usually when more pressure is applied they give them.

In the meantime they have spoken to the CEO of the trust and a fresh search is being conducted.

Very convenient to lose the records.

Don’t believe a single word of it.

The NHS won’t leave me alone. Been on a CTO for over 11 years now. Renewal every year and it pisses me off. Forcibly injection every 4 weeks. If I don’t comply.

Wow. That means you definitely have a case. They’re hiding the records because they’re guilty

Oh WOWWW I don’t even know how that’s possible if everything has been documented on the system. That sounds so stressful I’m sorry

What he said. Healthcare I.T. systems will have multiple redundancies. Their backups have backups.

That said not all hospitals put everything on the system and when I worked in medical records files got lost all the time I had to create new ones constantly. But it’s still strange if nothing was put on system.
