pdoc just switched me from olanzapine to invega because i have gained so much weight on olanzapine and its still going up.
just hope it is effective and that my insurance will cover it, i still have the invega samples from years ago that i never took but i think they might be expired or something
i am a little anxious because i feel almost normal on olanzapine but the side effects are just too much and i cant stop over eating
I’m on invega. Works for me. There’s weight gain associated with h it but I don’t think as much as olanzapine
I switched from a olanazopine/perphenazine combo to invega sustenna back in October, get ready for a lot of energy and no sleep. Invega takes care of more of my symptoms and gives me a balance compared to feeling sluggish all the time when I was on zyprexa. It was so hard to have a conversation and remember things, go places and feel emotions on zyprexa.
I was on invega for several years. It realy helped me… I started out on the pill and went to injections which I really loved… I recently had to stop it do to high prolactin levels. Trying vraylar now…
