Lamictal 300mg
Zoloft 200mg a day.
Metformin 500mg
PRN gabapentin up too 1800mg a day.
I’m feeling good on this combo, huzzah for pharm psyche!

My once every 3 month Pdoc hooked me up with a psyche pharm I see every month.
She has her MD, her PharmD, and a few extra years to specialize in mental health pharmacy. Almost 12 years of school. She’s awesome, and honestly better than most Pdoc I’ve had. She just gets me.

How does metphormin work? Does it burn fat or just stop storage of it - do you have any idea because im concerned about my weight
