The midwife I saw last week gave me a new diet plan.
I can eat 2 meals between the hours of 10am and 6pm, no snacking (my favorite thing to do) and then drink a mixture of apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, lemon, honey and water before 6pm (the last thing I consume for the day)
Plus take this 1 supplement in the morning…. It’s supposed to help lower my testosterone and help my “PCOS”
For me its looking like it might require medication. Im sticking to the diet plan and doing my blood sugars 4 times a day but they are still all over the place.
@anon61987434 OMG!!! I’m so excited for you!! You HAVE TO tell us as soon as you’re pregnant again!! (You don’t actually have to but you know lol) are you hoping for a boy or girl this time?? What is your first again??? I can’t remember if baby human is a boy or girl… sorry

I’m now team “as long as they’re healthy”, I don’t care if it’s a boy or girl. Baby human is a girl, so I kind of want another girl just so she has a sister. But I’d be happy with either.
