What helps most is a healthier diet, daily exercise, and hobbies that keep me continually busy. Supplements help a tiny bit with the emphasis on tiny.
My exercise is catching the bus. That keeps me moving. I like having a routine movment in my day, thats tells me not to start sitting down. Its a motivator subconsciously.
Apart from that, when i do sit down. My mind wanders, and i find that writing helps to keep me prevent stress build up.
My routine is to wake up, have a coffee. Within one hour i make sure to head to my parents house or to see any tasks like bank, studies or work get started.
At night, taking a shower and some meditation helps me stay relaxed but then insomnia kicks in. Im on abilify so it makes sense
I always listen to music too. That keeps away the feeling of bluntedness
For meâŚexercise exercise and exercise. If you have not much else going on I would highly recommend it. It gets better and stronger overtime

Haha, that sounds wicked - photogepahy must be great because its so good for keeping you moving. You dont sit and take photos so i can see the fun in it
I forgot to add. For others benefit, i also have a vitamin d oral spray. Ive been using this for weeks and im less depressed or anxious on it which is helping with keeping resilience or motivation i suspect!

When I started taking Nac a few months ago it helped me feel normal and not depressed. Then I stopped it and felt bad again. I restarted NAC and feel better again. I also take Cymbalta for depression.

I dont know why so many research about It if IS as easy as move your ass⌠of course I did things everyday, but It doesnt you feel better, or negatives desapear⌠so what is the point in answering in This way?? Musics helps me a lot to move more along with a good nightâs sleep and maybe along with some medication that helps to treat a little of the negatives
