What are your guys best remedies for these?
They say to make smaller goals and baby steps but the steps I can do are so small and insignificant that they are still considered negative symptoms lol

Just accept the negative symptoms. I am happy that I can play video games, watch movies, tv shows, listen to music, vaping, talking to friends irl, etc
I can do those things too. Isn’t that a lot? What makes it negative symptoms?
No, I want to work, go back to university, go to the gym daily, buy my own house and car, etc
Oh I see. I have a fear of hell that makes me grateful for just laying in bed comfortably. I think I have negative symptoms too because I don’t feel motivated to do anything and don’t really enjoy anything besides coffee, food, and sleep.
My days are so inconsistent lol highest of the highs and lowest of the lows, sometimes I think something’s wrong with me then I look up negative of symptoms and then I’m like oh no wonder I feel like this today lol.
Anyways we are living with one of the most disabling illnesses in the world we are all doing better then we think.
There’s people that have it way worse.
Mine got much better just like that,
without any effort.
