Negative symptoms really bad right now

I thought supplements might help but not really. The thought of a shower is terrifying tbh

Sorry, man.

Sometimes when I have to take a shower and don’t want to I run the shower water and get naked.

Just standing there all weird and unclothed makes me want to get in the shower for cover,

Its not pleasant, but it gets me clean when I don’t want to be.

Something about getting out of my nice warm pyjamas and getting all naked and exposed is scary. My folks invited me down to theirs today, providing that I had a shower. I decided to stay in bed instead.

If you washed your sheets would it guilt you into taking a shower?

You can’t get in fresh sheets without bathing…

How often do you manage to shower at the moment? I’m currently averaging once weekly, neither great nor terrible

About once a fortnight. Could be worse I suppose.

I know how hard it can be to shower. I still don’t know how I’d bring myself to do it without making multiple promises to mrs moonwalker. I think I’d just wait till I go “tan” and then shower

I know the thought of washing can be anxiety provoking although there is no rational reason usually for such thoughts,

I know that feeling, when picking up a foot to take a step forward seems like too much. you feel like you weigh 1000lbs figuratively of course. and all the neurotypicals and high functioning folks seem to be zooming around at light speed, going to those “jobs” and volunteering or whatever. working almost frantically. and you cant help but wonder why god has imposed these limitations on under .07% of us.

eat some food watch some cartoons and revel in past successes. not every day you have to participate in the competition.

when it’s cold, a hot shower is the best thing one can do. I shower everyday and it calms me down.

I prefer a nice soaking hot bubble bath. isn’t as rushed and uses less energy.
