what’s worked for me: try staying as mindful as heck when you are thinking about your next meal. If you are eating because it’s time to eat, you may be able to use mindfullness to eat less. when it’s time to eat, simply ask yourself: ‘how hungry am I?’ when i asked myself this question, i started eating less (and healthier). I’ve loss 5 lbs in about two weeks without exercise. Obviously, it’s best to incorporate both mindful eating and exercise, but getting to the gym can be tough for us.

My partner and I have recently moved to the top floor of a unit complex. We’re both outta shape. To say we were puffed is an under statement. No choice now, gotta keep going up those stairs. We’ll eventually get used to it.
