Okay, it sounds like the experiences of most of us are very similar.
My book is intended to help ALL schizophrenics.
It is going to include techniques that we use to help us control this when meds don’t work to help other schizophrenics who are just starting out with this diagnosis.
My book is going to be about how I get through a day because I do fairly well without meds or therapy due to meditation and other practices that I believe will be extremely beneficial for schizophrenics who rely solely on medications for relief.
I feel like I can’t really ask questions because at any point someone might say something significant enough that it impacts my own ability to silence them even better than I already do. In which case, I would HAVE to include it in my book.
