Has anyone been in a support group through nami? If you have tell me how it is. I’m thinking about going to one.

Thank you @jukebox I’m really accepting my illness and would really like to meet others that have it as well.Its been hard not having anyone to talk to about it besides my therapist.This forum was my first step and it’s working out really well.
