Name three books that defined you

When I say, “defined you”, I mean, shaped your very character. Mine were:

The Cinderella Complex by Colette Dowling

Gynecology by Mary Daly

The Catechism of the Catholic Church

My favorite books as a child that got me interested in reading at an early age. My parents would read to me in English and in German. I learned to read (in English) at three years old and I’ve been an avid reader ever since.

Totally worth it, but an annotated version certainly helps.

Uh… my journal, a diary, and the log… book.

The Secret Garden was my favorite book as a child

Animal Liberation by Peter Singer caused me to become a vegetarian (or sometimes peskatarian) 25 years ago, although I didn’t read the book. My friend read it and told me about it.

@Musicdance I’d love to read Animal Liberation by Peter Singer if I could find it :+1:. Heard about him and it’d be so interesting to read his books! I’m a vegan myself.

And 13 Reasons Why not sure of the author. Read it after watching Seasson one on netflix, I cried for that book and my kids were I think all still in elementary and middle school, so several years ago. I did the audiobook because to get a spot to pickup kids you got in line at 1:30pm, school got out at 3:08pm.
