I have been dealing with this for at least 5 years.
The voice speaks for famous people and makes it seem like they are spying on me.
I feel like the whole world is spying on me, like im famous.
Does anyone else ever feel like the whole world is just watching you?
I think it so bad. They make it seem so realistic. I cant tell if everyone is watching me or not 
please tell me im not famous because i dont know what to believe
My voices tell me the same thing, unfortunately I think they are trying to kill me and you’re not famous, at least not that I know of.
To this day, I only know about very, very few people who can read minds and most of them won’t mess with you never
You are not famous. Nobody is watching you. You are safe. 
Try not to pay too much attention to the voices. I’ve dealt with similar voices before and have found the proper medication can help make them go away.

I swear I am not watching you. 
i take 300mg of clozapine but it helps very much but i still feel confused sometimes
I take 500mg a day of clozapine and it helps. 
I thought my dose was high. Maybe I should go up a dose.
Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I think the max daily dose for clozapine is 900mg. 
My voices tell me similar stuff too. They now tell me that the neighbors are plotting to kill me. This is because of my brother altercation with them over their dog.
I have the delusion that I am famous too. My voices never compliment me so they don’t tell me that I am popular or famous. I hallucinate seeing famous people almost every day.
