I started having all kinds of voices, auditory hallucinations. Very disturbing. I’ll try to have a goodnight sleep and hope that I shall not have so much stress tomorrow. I’ll have my next psych meeting in the beginning of July and I’ll try to survive until that date. In this evening I thought I became totally insane. I know that in this situation I just need to calm down and try to rest and sleep.

Good idea. A good sleep always sorts me out. If your struggling before your appt - surely there is a Duty Nurse on call you can ring?
Remember - it all comes in waves, so you will get some respite soon i hope.
I have the same issues. Lately voices have stressed me out which in turn makes my psychosis worse.
