I have never looked after them properly
When I was on a down for a year I barley cleaned them
Then last year they diagnosed me with gum disease
Basically it is at the point that if I do not keep up with it, I will lose my teeth
Dentists are expensive
Also the bacteria I have read can make you sick as well
Make sure you keep brushing and using mouthwash as I don’t want that to happen to you
For the first time in ages my teeth look healthy
I agree. A year supply of toothpaste and dental floss is a whole lot cheaper than dentists.

I have special fluoride tooth paste from dentist so it’s covered by my prescription certificate
Oh, that is really good you can get that covered.
It’s good. I do buy an anti bac mouthwash as well just to make sure they’re looked after
Did they recommend a deep cleaning?
I had that twice to get them back to good condition
They told me if I did not look after them they would strike me off their patient list
Very hard to get a dentist in England that charges NHS rates
