Every evening at 7 pm, I take my night time meds and call my friend on the phone and we meditate together. I meditate on the mysteries of the day and she meditates by relaxing quietly for 12 minutes. It works for us.
I heard of that the Indian people created the practice of meditation and I think it’s helpful for us to relax mentally.

I went out to what i thought was a choir class but it turned out to be mindful meditation, it was really good and it really centred me, after the class i signed up for a block of 4 sessions then i went home & had a bath while listening to some meditative music, was really nice.
I do, in some way, and its highly helpful and beneficial in my view.

I do guided meditations at night before bed. Usually it puts me right to sleep.
I was listening to meditivecmusic again today on the train, i think I’ll put it on again.
I got out of the habit of meditating but I do listen to relaxation/spa music. I love the calming effect of it
