Do you practice meditation?

I got the headspace app on my phone. It is a guided meditation program. My sister told me that meditation benefits her. Does anyone here meditate? If so how long and did it help? I’ve tried in the past but never stuck with it. Im thinking I should commit for a while and see if it’s helpful.

I may check it out. I’m pretty happy with headspace for now. I’ve had it before and like the layout.

I pace constantly so I suppose I do walking meditation. Mainly i just focus on my breathing. Nothing too deep.

I used to do zen meditation, just sitting and breathing and letting the thoughts just float in your mind and think of nothing.

I did transendental meditation for a while. I went through a time when I was drinking very little coffee, I was going to AA meetings, and I was getting about the right amount of exercise. It seemed like math came to me a lot easier back then. I struggled with math in high school. I was still in anguish, though.
