My prolactine and libido test came back normal . Does that mean it's just the antipsychotics giving me erectile dysfunction?

I thought it was my prolactin and libido that were causing my erectile dysfunction but my test came back normal. Does that mean if i switch from invega to a antipsychotic that doesn’t cause erectile dysfunction, things would come back to normal?
