My plans...,

I decided to go with kitchen work. Yes it’s sort of physical but not as physical as my last cleaning job.

I will start in January to first reduce my anxiety depression and back issue a bit.

I’m excited

Thankyou @everhopeful

I think it might be good for me, it’s stress free compared to administration for me.

I got an offer for an assessment at a call centre 2 hours long… Then a role play… Then an interview… F u c k man u know how stressed I’ve been over it? It’s far away I can’t even afford the journey there and back and buying an interview outfit.

I decided I might do call centre another time.

I feel too stressed for it atm…

Yes I remember, it’s good that you did the right thing and passed on that job. Health is important

Idk either as I don’t know your circumstances.

If one day you feel you might want to try again, I suggest getting a mental health job specialist I have one, he is good
