I’m going to best buy this morning. What should I get? I phone. I checked Google. Galaxy s22 seems pretty good. I want the best phone

My phone is damaged but I just got through now. S22. I might get it. Richard says he loves his too.
Google pixel in my honest opinion. The pixel 7.

I have the iPhone cos it takes better videos but I found the pixel has a better camera for photos.

I am having nokia G21 which is budget phone, will try to upgrade once I have my loans closed to iphone.
The iPhone has better camera hardware than the Pixel, but their photo software isn’t that great and it butchers images. Google probably has the best photo software right now.
I’m using an S21+ and love it. Just check to make sure the S22 you’re getting has macro capability. Some do, some don’t. I think it’s the Ultra that does.

I have used Android all my life. I would try an iphone if I ever get a chance.
iPhones have good cameras but a bit pricey
I have an s20 and its great. Theres a pro camera manual settings and 60fps too.

I know you are a camera guy. I do not own a smartphone. I have a very old beginners camera (I think Nikon D3300). As well as a little pocket camera. How do the current smartphone pics compare to that?
Kid seems interested in photography. He needed to make photos for a school project. And I was quite impressed. They were beautiful and creative in their composition. I had no idea he could do that. 
He has an old second hand smartphone. Would you recommend to hand him my D3300? Or a newer smartphone? (I do not have the budget for the best and newest smartphone)

THe D3300 is a great learning camera and I don’t see why you both can’t share it. If you’re buying a phone with a camera, look for something with tri-lenses on the back. Wide, normal, and telephoto views. I PMed you some blog posts. All of the images I took were with used mobile phones as I refuse to buy one new.

I also have the s22. Ive been an iphone user for years though and i still cant get used to this phone. Lol.
