Things I’m paranoid about include the following:

  1. God is out to harm me because look at the suffering in the world
  2. my mother in law still wants to try poison me
  3. my husband after arguing with me wants to kill me so I keep a knife with me
  4. When I speak of something I’m scared of, Alien takes it to Satan and Satan tells his devils to come harm and threaten me
  5. when I look people in the eye they can read my thoughts

Atleast you can categorize and speak about the delusions when I relapse nothing I say is coherent.

I’d be asking for an increase in medication
