I don’t know, but I was definitely a perfectionist when it came to piano. Without proper family support and that perfectionism together I burned out. Completely. I no longer even bother to play
Im like that with guitar and drawing. I notice all the imperfections. Even though to an average person it might sound or look good. It doesnt keep me from striving to be perfect though!
