Hello, i am Sébastien from France, in the end of february i weighted 138 kilos and now today my weight IS 120 kilograms, my calories intake was to 3000 calories in the end of february and now just 2350/2450 calories and with this calories réduction i walk 90 minutes by day at 5 kilometers by hours.
My Dreams IS to have a weight of 90/95 kilograms in 7/8 months…

How do you do to lose weight ?. And what IS your treatment ? My treatment IS abilify 400 maintena, 30 mg of cymbalta and 1000 mg of dépakote…
But i must to take my treatment because i had problems with police.
But in the past my low treatment was just 2,5 mg of abilify in monothetapy. And when i want to decrease below 2 mg of abilify in the past a psychosis restarted.

Intermittent fasting.

chlorpromazine 200mg,
haldol injection 300mg

I also want to lose around 10 kg. My problem is that I like to eat. And I also like chocolate and cake…

Abilify is a good medicine. Don’t try to stop your treatment without doctor’s supervision. It’s very risky.

I have an old rowing machine bought in 2003, the Electronic or this machine IS broken, but a Friend of my father Can repaire it and After i want to do 15 or 20 minutes of rowing machine daily, according internet 20 minutes of rowing machine with high level of intensity Can burn 200 calories in just 20 minutes and improve my métabolism by the improve of muscles.
According internet my 8 kilometers daily of walk burn 500 calories for a man like me with 120 kilograms.

My calorie intake is currently 1900 calories per day. I don’t know what it was before I started counting.

The more weight you lose, the less calories you can eat though.

I only recently started back counting calories and recording my weight daily. I lost 2.2 lbs in a month. My daily calories is average 1900. I am currently 203 lbs. I want to lose 18 lbs by the end of the year.

eat just twice a day. for example lunch and dinner. i havent done it for a month and gained 5 kg. it also improves your discipline
