I can feel more heat coming from behind my left eye. It fogs up my glasses at times.
Feels like there is a recording device behind that eye that sends out images of what I am seeing each day to others so that they can spy on me.

If you are having physical symptoms, you might want to see your primary doc. That might be a sinus issue. Maybe allergies or something. I know the delusional thoughts can make us draw incorrect conclusions, but we do get actually sick also.

Could be a tactile hallucination, but I would go see a Doctor and get the eye checked out.
Honestly It could be anything I’d go to a optometrist aka eye doctor
Without similar sensations,
I believe I have cameras in my eyes.
Not always.
Only when I’m unwell
