Does any one have it where they can feel someone staring though there own face?

I feel the exact same thing, I wonder if it is part of Schizophrenia.
if so, they see thru your eyes.
I feel like people stare at me especially if I’m talking to myself in public
you can f-u-ck them up by looking at a light for hours.
A few years ago I swore that someone/thing was watching through my eye’s everything I saw…even when my eye’s were closed, I can still see through them- even in total darkness.
This is something I still see today- or more like tonight.
That’s depersonalization/derealization, I take a medicine for that. It seems to be a common complaint here. Are you on medication? You seem to be having a lot of the same issues I used to have when I was psychotic.

That was my worst delusion! Freaked me out. My thoughts were intrusive at the time and I thought it was ET or something. I had it at the mental hospital. I thought there were cameras in my eyes or that they could see through my occipital lobe. Anyways, I’m over it. The mind is very powerful.

How do I get over it honey. They say they’re not watching me exactly, just through my eyes and everything I see. So, anyone I encounter is in it. They don’t want to be in it, worked at the newspaper, screen saver in back room said, Smile, you’re on candid camera. Brought their anger and disgust.
it’s because all of mass media is involved in it, and no proof or truth to targets.
I used to believe that they, don’t know who, could look through my eyes, or that my eyes are cameras. That’s a very common delusion, it seems
