The county psychiatry treatment place I go to doesn’t allow benzos or sleep meds for anyone no matter the diagnosis. I wish they did. I know I could use a benzo sometimes.
Can you ask your pdoc for a higher dose? It might help in the future.

I don’t think I want all that Klonopin. I’ve been on this for years, I feel like higher doses are just asking for trouble.
Sorry to hear you can’t get prescribed benzos. They help with me constantly physically moving from side effects of APs

I wouldn’t ask for a higher dose. That means you’ll just keep going up. That’s like adding a band aid to another band aid on a wound.
If you feel it doesn’t work, take 0.5 for a couple of days. Then take 1.0 for a couple of days. Keep repeating this process and you shouldn’t have problems with benzos. You might go through small withdrawal, but that’s just your body adjusting its tolerance to the clonazepam.
