I bought her a personalized collar. It has her name embroidered on it and my phone number. It’s a breakaway collar for safety. Well a couple minutes ago she showed up from outside with it in her mouth. She must have gotten stuck on something and it broke open, but she picked it up and brought it to me. I can’t even believe it.

How cool! I used to have a cat that would organize toys. She put cloth toys together, bird feather toys together…. It was so funny. She also would knock on the door with her paw when she wanted to go into a room.

There are collars with GPS on them so you can have your cats chipped, IDed and GPS-tracked all at once.

My childhood cat would jump up and touch the doorknob when she needed to go outside to potty, No litterbox.
I remember one time it was pouring rain and she had to go, she was out in the yard getting soaking wet scratching in the mud. Poor kitty. She was long haired, white, when she got wet she turned pink.

I investigated those for a cat I used to have and couldn’t find anything suitable. They’re more suitable for dogs due to the size/battery life limitations.

My kitties are microchipped, too! They are indoor only, so they don’t have collars. But they are microchipped just in case something bad happens and they end up outside!
