2 weeks ago I was off my meds and decided to drink way too much alcohol. I had a serious hangover for 2-3 days then restarted my meds. I was having really sweaty hands and feet and tremors. Now the tremors are gone but the sweaty hands and feet are still there. I take latuda 20 mg, seroquel 50 mg, and evekeo 5 mg. Anybody have any idea what this could be? I have a pdoc appt tm but I’m afraid to tell him I came off my meds and drank
I’m sorry, I don’t know what this could be. I think it’s important that you tell your pdoc though. Schizophrenics going off their meds is not at all rare. They will know how to handle it. I recently learned that it’s best to be honest if you want help. Good luck, keep us updated on how you’re doing!

Do you think he’ll be mad, or lose trust in me if I tell him? I’m worried it might not even be med related
I don’t think he’ll be mad. Worried maybe, but not mad. It’s not at all shocking for schizophrenics to go off their meds. He’ll probably know what to do.

Could be side-effects, could be anxiety. I doubt it’s withdrawals unless you drank for two weeks straight.

Yea it’s so weird… I’ve been on the meds and haven’t drank in two weeks, yet I’m still having these symptoms

I know but I’ve never had this before, it’s weird
And I have a lot of anxiety
You may be drinking too much water. I used to have hyper hydrosis and its gone now
Possible, I do drink a lot of water

That’s what it is. Water in = water out. I used to gulp it down too

My doc pretty much has no idea. I suggested coming off my meds for a few weeks to see if the problem stops, he agreed lol
That’s really low doses of meds you are on. Not really a psychotic dose at all.

Ya. Try to limit it to Luke 3 bottles max (1.5 L)
It may make your sz and depression better as well
