It is similar to a drug, basically a high. I mean it’s not as bad as heroin.
If u watch a lot of weird anything it’s bad for your brain.
Like someone that watches tons of horror movies, their getting a rush from being scared. Not healthy.

For me, porn can get to be sensory overload, and I start to desensitize to it. I still watch a fair amount of it. I knew one guy who was addicted to porn. I don’t think he was okay with it. One time he paid a guy thirty dollars to take him to town, bought thirty dollars worth of porn, and when he got back he gave the porn to me and said break them apart. I don’t know how many people are addicted to porn. Like I said, I desensitize to it. It probably has gotten in the way of me finding a true intimate relationship. I’ve heard the women’s movement is split down the middle concerning pornography. Some say it devalues women, others say it helps them. A lot depends on the nature of the porn. Some porn probably does degrade women.

It drags women in the dirt, they are not sex objects or toys. Do you ever want to have a healthy relationship? This is not the way. Start respecting women and not treating them like you want to poke them everywhere. It is addicting more than heroin and leaves scars from the images. If you want a hole go drill a hole in a tree.

I wouldn’t have agreed back in the days of penthouse and playboy, but there are so many dark self-depricating corners of the porn world online these days… everything just got hella dark after awhile. I agree, at least half of it’s bad for you.

I like super soft core stuff like swimsuit models and lingerie (the less i see the better i think), i stay away from everything else. Ive had a few boyfriends who were addicted to porn and it was really uncomfortable having sex with them since hey expected way too much from me. i rejected sex from them altogether in the end. When i was a teen id watch a lot of pron but nowadays the kinks people have are too much for me
In short yes i believe porn can corrupt you if you don’t take a break from it now and again. You end up going down a rabbit hole of perversion and for some theres no going back

Not everybody who watches porn is a pervert or a deviant. Not all porn is perverted or deviant. Married couples watch porn. Lawyers watch porn. Single women who work as bank tellers watch porn etc. It’s a billion dollar industry and industries don’t get big and successful unless they have customers. Everybody knows the bad side of porn. My personal philosophy is that I like looking at naked women. Looking at naked women having sex is even better.
Being a porn addict is one thing, watching a beautiful, sexy, voluptuous woman taking her top off is another thing. Yeah, I am using “vanilla” examples that are inoffensive and make me sound good. In reality, I watch hardcore porn sometimes. But I’m an adult in my own home and so only my opinion on watching porn in my own home matters. I’m 58 years old and no one is going to tell me I can’t watch porn.
I will end this by saying that I think porn is here to stay. The Chinese or the Indians wrote the Kama Sutra 2000 years ago (forgive my ignorance and bad memory). Mankind has had at least 2000 years to decide if looking at porn is OK. I think the verdict is in that some porn is OK. Porn will never disappear.
I’ll repeat, I know the bad side of porn, but blanket condemnations of all porn is not an informed opinion.
IDK, I think I’ll go watch me some porn now.
