My gals father...is dying

He is 78 years old a military vetrian, a sports refere, a federal worker all of it retired. It is from renail failure, and he is refusing dialasis… He just wants to have his last year or so to a happy one… My gal and I are very saddened by his lack of mental state, with the slow onset of him soon to be dead.

I just wish I can comfort my gal, and even her father ( whom live 1:15 hours away ).

She ( my gal ) has an older sister in florida thats is his favorite, and his ex wife ( her mom)he still loves.

It is so heart breaking for my gal, and very hard on her as well. my gal has rhumatiod arthritus and lupus with severe intestinal problems during this.
I just hope I am strong enough to help her thru it all.

I’m so sorry.

My mother in law had renal disease and decided to go on dialysis.

She only lived another year and it was a hard year.

I see how he’s come to that decision.

Even if it is hard to take.
