It’s so good.
But I’ll warn you, it’s one of those shows you have to give like three episodes before things get real good.
They mostly establish character for a while.
I think you’ll like it.
My husband didn’t like it the first couple episodes, but then stayed up all night watching the rest of the season because I got him to watch one more.

There is humor, but it’s dark.
And yes, it is really bleak.
They’ll kill off anybody, no one is safe.
And there is some triggering content ( like drug use, rape, general abuse ).
All the prison stuff.
But it does have some pretty funny moments.
