But I often say I’m sick so I don’t have to go see them. It is so stressful. But they do so much for me. It makes me sad that I am this way. I’m a rotten daughter/sister. ■■■■ this shitty life.

I cancel on my sister all the time. I apologize but she says it’s no problem. She would rather deal with my problems now that I’m diagnosed than all the years before when she just couldn’t understand my destructive behavior.

Your a good mum and person. I’m glad your family looks out for you because I have a great family too and in my darkest days they support me. I ended up psychotic in emergency twice way back when and mum said no. No hospital I’ll look after him. Psychotic with three younger siblings but I’m oh so glad about that.
You’ve done so well to bring up kids. You should relax some. Bad days are common with sz…but family can make even bad days good!
