Lol speaking of weird things dogs do. I read that the reason the prance around in a circle before they lay down is evolutionary too. In the wild if they wanted to lay down on grass for example there may be mice and snakes etc hiding in the grass so they do a little spin and scratch at the bedding first.

Yep, my previous dog did that, he’d eat his own poop sometimes, the one I spoke about above. It’s especially gross when you don’t know they just did that and then they lick your face afterwards, lol
My current dog did that a bit when he was a puppy but doesn’t do it anymore.
