Yeah tastes sweet and dissolved in water easily. Is fine to take.

You will most likely have good results with it, I have been taking it for over 2 years and I am still seeing improvements every day. There are some people out there who claim it didn’t help them but most had a good effect.

I’m thinking of trying brainvitaminz again. I didn’t have a positive experience with them but I’m willing to maybe try again. They’re more affordable and safer. If my doc lets me take it…I’ll order some.
