Can anybody tell me if brainvitaminz is a legit site? I just ordered from there site, and when I got an email in my inbox it said "this sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be. I can’t put a site in my post since I’m new but I hope everyone knows what I’m talking about
If it is the brainvitaminz advertised here, I’ve been using them happily for well over a year. Their product works and always shows up when it’s supposed. (FYI, I have no affiliations with them, I’m just a very happy customer.)

Yeah it’s the brainvitaminz advertised on this site. I got the link from a reply off another topic from this site so yes it is them. Just didn’t know. My email usually isn’t wrong , so I’m wondering why it’s saying that.
Hope they help me as much as they’ve helped you guy’s. I really don’t need much more help since I’m pretty good in my life right now, but it can’t make things worse I know that.
Does sarcosine actually help?
I find it helps with negative symptoms and cognition some. My memory is better when using it and I have more motivation to do things. I sure notice when I run out of sarcosine as it’s like I’m dragging a piano around behind me.

I can’t say much about the memory effects since my memory is quite bad, but it does help with motivation. Tastes okay too.

How Should I take it? I mean like 1 gram for 5 day’s then move up to 2 grams or 1 gram for 14 day’s then move up to 2 grams? Whatever works for you guy’s will probably work for me
I took half a gram of sarcosine in the morning and night for the first few days, then gradually ramped it up to 1 gram 3 to 4 times a day. Don’t go above 4 grams a day.
