My body always feels like crap

does anybody else get this?? I’m constantly aching, my muscles get so tense sometimes that I start breaking out into cold sweats. the only thing that seems to help me is getting into the shower and loosening up, but it’s gotten to the point that I usually take around 3 showers a day just to relieve it. is it medication related? could it be a larger issue? I have no clue, I’m just sick and tired of it

Yeah I get pains and muscle aches, I used to be on Neurontin for them but now I just deal with them. Not sure if they’re related to sza, they could be. It’s half of what makes the early mornings hard before a shower.

I think you must first see your GP doctor,to get some blood tests done.Maybe it’s a form of infection. If not, talk to your psychiatrist.Do you have temperature?

my parents are always telling me it’s my sedentary lifestyle that causes it, which I agree could be a contributing factor, but goddd I think it’s too much to be only that. I wanna talk to my doctor about it and figure it out, but it’s hard to convince my parents to let me. I’m just very frustrated lol

nope, no temperature, just constantly achy. I’ll talk to my doctor next time I go, it’s just that my parents don’t want to take me solely for that. it’s very annoying haha

I get a rare side effect with risperidone where i get leg cramps and leg pain from walking a short distance. It builds up and eventually cramps.

No other ap gave me that.

Didn’t find both meds can induce that.I’m sorry.I think you should persuade your parents to see the doctor.

I was going to suggest showering until I read your post. I’m wondering if a long soak in the tub might have a more lasting effect.

I have autoimmune disease and I feel like that. Have your dr check your ANA levels.

Check with your doctor as soon as possible if any of the following side effects occur:

  • abdominal swelling
  • agitation
  • back or joint pain
  • feelings of paranoia
  • mood swings
  • muscle pain or weakness

trintellix

I’m on 10 mg of trintellix as well, but haven’t had too many body aches. Just normal stuff from living a sedentary lifestyle.

I’m not sure what could be causing your aches, but I would talk to your pdoc or GP about it.

Same…

I would highly suggest going to the doctor though. I don’t want anyone else to suffer… one person is enough. My condition is fairly rare so I doubt it, but please do not worry. It will be ok!

Thinking of you.
