I just need to drink more water and eat more beef.
All the other criterias like are perfect. I mean sugar levels, thyroid, cholesterol are perfect. Orher things which I couldn’t ever remember are also in a norm.
Everything is perfect atleast I need to eat more food with iron vitamins and more water
(Did these tests to check my main health and because of acne)
Yeah great work. Glad they came back all ok so keep on top of it. I am over 50 so do bloodwork twice a year at least. You youngsters should do it probably once a year anyways. Keep on top of things.
Big thanks! I always worry about such things so I am so happy that results are so good.
I also will do a urine test; which I always fear too, but I hope it’s gonna be alright
That’s a very big goal for me, actually. It’s my only and worst addiction I have and I truly, truly want to stop.
For the sake of hell I am so happy to be healthy, but I destroy my health by my own hands.
By the way I never knew that kidneys could be so bad because of binge eating. I truly need to read more about physical health. I wish you the best Zoee
@Zoe If I remember correctly, you posted a while back that your dr said your blood work was fine. You post a lot about concerns about your kidneys. If you dont trust your doctor’s medical advice, can you look into changing doctors and getting a second opinion on your blood lab results?
Also, as far as I know, binge eating doesnt impact kidney function.
It’s a different story if you have diabetes that is not well controlled.
It’s complicated to explain. But In short, kidney damage is normal as you get older, it increases somewhat over time. Thus why my doctor said its normal. But for my age, the kidney damage was a lot. My creatine blood levels were one unit or such away from the threshold level that signifies CKD
And my egfr was that of someone who is usually older than me
As long as your values are in the normal range for your age, the results are nominal. Can you get a referral to a.nutritionist to discuss healthy eating, your history of binge eating, and you can also ask them if there are dietary changes you can make to address your concerns about your kidneys?
It also wouldnt hurt to request a redo of your labs (blood and urine) maybe 6 mos after they were last done to see how they look.
