My betta fish died. At one point i didnt change the water when there Was a lot of junk in the water

Gonna attempt to care for a 2nd betta fish. I feel more experienced now. The bowl has a cycled filter and a mini heater

I was going to suggest the temperature of the water might not be right, but you got that sorted. RIP fishy!
I have no luck with tropical fish.

So sad when pets die. I hope next fish will like your adjustments in the aquarium.
My brother had piranhas. They ate each other until there was just one left.

You should only get another fish if you know that you will be able to give it a good home.

crsaen, maybe invest in an autofilter tank before getting the next fish?

Bumping this thread, Can’t believe it wasn’t closed. Long time ago. Sorry if I’m being a thread necromancer but I just wanted to say that I’ve made great progress in betta husbandry
