My back is killing me!

Right now I’ve been sitting in a firm chair because I can hardly walk but I’m making more attempts to walk.

I think that I will begin chair Tai Chi once I’m feeling better.

On the plus side, I didn’t have to take any Tylenol all day! :slightly_smiling_face:

Once you’re back to being able to walk again, you can go from Chair Tai Chi to Walking Tai Chi. That would be so fun! And so beneficial for your back and overall health!

I was Vitamin D deficient in the past but my recent blood test results showed normal levels.
