My back was hurting me so my boss let me off early. It’s been hurting for more than a week and the Advil was working but I slept on it weird and now it’s killing me. Back to the drawing board.

Same thing happened to me a while ago it was weird. Randomly started having back pain. It went away after a few days tho so dont lose hope.

No, I’m hoping it will heal on it’s own, over time. The doctor said if I have chronic back trouble it’s common for the pain to flare up every now and then.

My backs been bothering me the last couple days. One of my huskies got out. She is fast. I finally caught her.

oh man, I’m sorry. I have a protruding disc that flares up sometimes and the pain almost drops me to my knees…hasn’t done that in a long time but I wonder if some day I will need surgery…I don’t think there is anything they can do for me.

What’s your bed like? I had some minor back problems a few months ago and it was the bed. I bought the firmest mattress that was available and my back feels great. Although sleep is not that comfy.
