I think your day with your friends might go better if you shower… but it’s your choice, so do what you feel would be best.

Hygiene can be important to both physical and mental wellbeing. Not really something you should give up on.

Deodorant and waterless shampoo would fix you up and require minimal effort.

Thanks guys, I know you’re right but I can’t force my self to take a shower. Maybe tomorrow.
I’m wearing one of my favorite tshirts, “Bauhaus”.

I don’t mind BO tbh. When I was farm working me and the others just kind of got on with our stink. When I used to go to hippie parties in the woods everyone stank. I’m fine with a natural scent

I don’t really care either, but if you’re going out then you need to make an effort, because at this point, it’s for them, not you. It’s part of respecting others, you know? If showering is too difficult, at least take a cloth and wash your armpits, privates, and feet. Your friends, if they’re truly your friends, will respect you for doing your best.

I forgot what country you were in? Is hygiene important to people there? If not then I guess its okay not to shower.
