I just wanted to apologise for my erratic posting the last few days.
I hope it didn’t cause any harm to anybody.
Some times I cannot cope with stress and it overwhelms me and I act and say things that are not the greatest.
I am grateful to all those who have taken time out of their day to talk to me, it means a lot.

I am calm now and taking meds.
I need to think hard how to stop getting like that again

Stress management is something I deal with also. Listening to a lot of relaxing music and being around nature seems to help. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h3OpppJvbSs

I’ve been thinking about you and hoping you were ok. I’m glad you are doing better now.
Your posts seemed ok. I relate to the stress.
I get a bit paranoid myself that i overshare too much on here, especially when im having a mental wobble.

Really glad that you’re back on track
Glad you are back on meds. Don’t quit again, that makes you think bad thoughts and you are worth so much more than suicide.

I just got back from the emergency room.
I have some Haldol for PRN now so I hope that helps
