I need an object in the desk environment that reminds me to journal. It keeps slipping my mind.
Nature and L-Theanine help a lot.
Music is where it’s at, and reading, learning in general, I like talking to people I’ve never met sometimes too lol, used to being shy, slowly growing more confident
Wakeup early, shower and dress, and go out, sleep early, maybe live by yourself,
