If you know me from all my threads and posts…… what advice would you give me? I pretty sure other younger people can learn from this thread.
Keep a light and positive outlook on things.
Thank you @broken
one has to have hope. Hope is essential to happiness…
Thank you @jukebox
Never trust a fart
This right here.
If you like a song, don’t be afraid to put it on repeat. Until you get a headache from it.
Don’t be afraid to try new things,
You can’t grow in your comfort zone
Thank you @Zoe 151515
Breathe, idk about you but I find it hard to find time to just breathe… I might take my own advice and download a medication app…
Try doing stuff that makes you happy
Do light exercise daily or maybe a good 30+ min full on workout
Listen to your body
I like you Jake.
You have many threads, but some of them are very thought provoking.
Others just seem to be like you want to help others and have a healthy conversation.
It’s nice to have on the forum.
I don’t really have any advice, just an observation about your posts.
Thank you @Charles_Foster
I agree with you @Charles_Foster , Jake is a really good guy.
@Jake I’ve had sz since my late 20s and I’m turning 43 this month.
My only advice is to believe in the power of positivity.
I know it might sound like total pseudoscience but it really works.
Take care big guy.
Keep taking your meds lol applies for me
@Montezuma happy early birthday!!!
Thank you @Twialine ! That’s very kind of you.
Yeah it’s important to take your meds regularly
@Montezuma no problem! I turned 30 this year and still love birthdays!
Start paying way more attention to your diet and getting regular exercise. I think the next big breakthroughs will be targeted meds and based on metabolic issues so start early. You always will improve your life and our meds are brutal.
Diet and exercise.
