I just put up my guitar for the day, otherwise I would post a clip or something.
I play guitar
Working on “iron man” segments and a few new things in my music book this week.
My biggest failure atm is that I am having a hard time remembering some of the chords. Haven’t been practicing chords enough lately. I practiced them today though.
Is this what you are looking for, or are you expecting clips?

I think I posted in the other thread, but I am music director for a play that’s going to open Friday night. I’m not performing for a change, but I taught the singers the music during rehearsals. So now my job is done and they can do their thing and make me proud lol

@Bowens I’m totally jealous of folks who can play guitar. Always wanted to learn and I can strum a couple chords, but it’s just not the instrument for me I guess. Good on you!

I’m a singer, and I need to retrain my voice so that I can work again. My coach is amazing, though I can’t afford her. So I’ll have to do it on my own. I’ve got the big, scream-y, but not actually screaming, range, a la Robert Plant and Steven Tyler.
By work, I mean, just small local gigs. I’m 50 years old. I don’t think I would be hire-able for anything beyond that.

So I practiced a little Coltrane…
Trouble is not of musical matter.
I sent recording of my piece to my neighbour, and he said he heard me…
I was confused.
I called him tonight and asked how he heard me.
It appears that walls are so thin, that he heard me while opening the door of his apartment…
Then he said that he wondered who’s playing Coltrane…
That was compliment for me…
He said, it must be zoa
Any way, I learned why my neighbour above was pacing roughly all day, so from now on, only three hours of play for a day…

I’m not really all that impressed with my piano playing but my piano teacher seems to be, amazingly. I just can’t get over the difference in his attitude between before and now. My friend’s attitude also. Its just blow your mind amazing.
