Later in my life I learned the value of wellness tools What are wellness tools? This is what we use to maintain our wellness. Music is my main wellness tool. I love music and at the end of a long day after work I like to listen in music. Music removes me from all worry and concern about my life and I’m able to relax and let my mind unwind.
My wellness tools are walking and going to the clubhouse. One activity helps my body and helps me connect with myself, and the other activity helps me connect to others and get outside of myself. I see a lot of folks at my clubhouse who have lives a lot harder than mine, and it supports my wellness by cultivating gratitude and compassion.
Music runs and stages. As you go through your puberty to life. It has a lot of hitting meaning and emotions and vibrations that understand you’re mental Internal rhythm. And let you know that you’re alive. With feelings leaving in vibes. And this is why i’m here today. You have.
To sing your songs your way. Otherwise it’s all too clear. Destroy all things that you have feared. And this my friend and love And war. Love is balance. Or never more.
I love relaxing and meditation music it distracts from negative thoughts. I like going for a walk and having a clean flat, its semi clean im waiting for hubby to do his share lol
Music (I run an online station), photography, cooking, walking, paddle boarding, and petting all the kitties. Also AA meetings online and very occasionally in person.
