Misery loves company. Sometimes I feel like I’d rather die than do music. It is such exacting work. And music teachers are notorious.

LOL This is so funny. I have a male piano teacher who I adore. (Platonic). He doesn’t act like a mean people hater to me. But, I only know his professional, teacher side. I don’t know his true self.
You are a lucky one. I think my first piano teacher was good or I would have quit. But we moved so often, I had others who were pressuring tyrants.

@PinCushion, No, my piano teacher is laid back and easy going. He doesn’t put a lot of pressure on me at all. He knows I can’t handle that.
