i just finished listening to some old music that i used to listen to, i thought it would be cool to check it out after like 13 years and so i listened to it (panic at the disco) and realized something. That this music almost instantly made me depressed. it was nostalgic for a minute, but then i realized why i kind of used to be depressed in the first place; its atleast in part due to listening to depressing music, which is common sense, but it really hit home now. I noticed much more now that theres actually satanic themes to these songs, and its just strange to think how depressing and odd these songs are. What are your guys thoughts on this? Have you ever had anything like this happen?

I definitely associate music with certain times in my life based on how i felt and what i was going through. Some music i associate with being depressed and if i listen to it it takes me back to that place. I think a lot of people probably experience this.
