Most common misconception about schizophrenia is

that schizophrenia is split personality disorder and people with sz have multiple personalities of screaming, anger, happy, sad, etc.

This is not what sz is. It is made up of positive, negative and cognitive symptoms.

Seriously the public is so dumb when it comes to this. Oh well i guess they don’t deal with it in their life.

Do you know if someone can be diagnosed with schizophrenia simplex in the US or UK?

It isn’t split personality disorder. That is a totally different thing to sz.

It is just a little annoying. But I admit even I myself cannot fully explain what sz is. It is kind of hard to explain. But it ain’t that.

I did not know what sz is before i got diagnozed.

I was healthy and someone said…oh there are schizos everywhere…i thought schizos are some type of people who are not really like people…but i thought they must be fun

i think it has something to do with being removed from reality. for years i struggled trying to understand how i was not in reality but now looking back i get it better.

look around and try to see the positive in your life as much as you can. maybe it is the concentration on problems and negativity that send us into sz symptoms. do you agree?

Why aren’t we all confined to a hospital? Or, the famous you like fine to me? I’m not sure what to think. It would be sweet if folks understood that sz/sza can encompass a large grey area and that suffering can appear rather inert.
